I stayed in Penang for 2 days and it was honestly one of the coolest and most beautiful places I've ever been to. It wasn't even heavily populated with tourists so I was able to appreciate the place even more!

Any one know what exactly that is? Usually they give a name / explanation but didn't see one for that drink.
There is a Rose syrup of some sort, I'm thinking it's more like rooh afza but only that guy can clarify. Apart from that there are subja seeds which he added using a spoon. Subja is like chia seeds....it's a very refreshing drink during Summers and keeps your body cool. In Tamilnadu, they don't add rooh afza but make the same drink with Nannari roots. Di malaysia roti bakarnya itu di bakar beneran pakai arang, jadi rasa gurih dari roti itu terasa. Beda dengan indonesia yang hanya di bakar di atas wajan berlapis mentega, rotinya renyah sedikit tapi bagian tengahnya lembek. Emang malaysia paling khas dalam pembuatannya yang membuat makanan menjadi terasa lebih nikmat 👍👍.

Toast your buns with majerine if u can’t find it use butter… grill ur patties like u normally would cut in half … add white pepper, Worcestershire sauce add the egg like he did and wrapped it around finish it with mayonnaise and a slice or cheese with sweet chilli sauce -> there ya go what we call a ramly burger

true and considering i like well done meat i liked how the beef patty has been sliced in half and cooked all the way through.. but that grill must be cleaned more often.. we see the same Japanese grills but always cleaned right away to avoid that darkened spot, it also gives food an off flavor

Idk. Seems like a rather genius way to add lemon juice or a small amount of liquid. Better than pouring a spoonful out of a bottle and then pouring it into every cup. Not much different that the bottle Starbucks use for their syrups...but instead of a pump that you have to put the cup under you can take the action to the cup. I’m going to start using one when I have parties and make cocktails.

I’ve been to Penang once. It’s a very good place to visit.Rich with mouth watering food especially Pasembor😍many historical places. There are many races there such as Malays, chinese, Indians, Arabs and even Thai. They are all living peacefully. Looking forward to visit this wonderful place again 🇲🇾😍😍😍😍
