Hi there! Yes, our Strawberry Smooth serum can help fade hyperpigmentation or brighten the skin tone over time as BHA and AHA do help to exfoliate and fade marks over time! If you're specifically looking for a serum to help fade dark spots, we recommended trying our Guava Vitamin C serum as well 💖

Hi there! Our Strawberry Smooth serum contains both BHA & AHA exfoliants, including 2% salicylic acid, so it is possible to experience purging! We recommend using it 2-3 times per week in a gentle routine to help slowly introduce it to your skin and address any potential purging 💖💕
