there are 10 divisions for 10 mA, so shouldn't the least count be (10/10) = 1 mA?

what was the diode number/name(e.g. IN 4007 or IN 4001 etc.), you have used ?
its an important point that should be mentioned.
Can we use the same readings in engineering physics because the setup is same and in my school, this experiment was not there in 12th? It is hard to think at what scale should we make the graph that's why I am unable to draw proper graph.
