Here's my own guide I learn by my expirience, I'm 50 level rn:
1. Hit at the peak of our jump
2. Don't tilt anywhere
3. Timing
4. Check if server has good ping
5. Ball is higher than peak of jump
6. Ball is above your head
7. The ball should be a little ahead of you
