I spectated my second match last weekend. I want to get involved but I can’t find guns, ammo, or equipment. I’m going to join our local club and I hope some of the club members will have equipment for sale. This looks like loads of fun. Oh, and everyone I met at these events were first class folks.

Just moved to the Ft. Smith area and can’t wait till next year’s event. I’ve been slinging lead for the last fifty years but am convinced that I’m a complete newby and dufus when it comes to cowboy guns. I fell in love with the single action every since I picked up a Ruger .45 Talo Birds head.
Great video as always. Found the split screen really interesting and seeing shooters of different categories going head to head and watching how each shooter takes on the scenario with the 360 degree

Excellent video. Love the split screen. I shot in a posse with Missouri Lefty and his dad at the TENNESSEE State match last year. Hope to shoot with you sometime.
Man this is awesome!! I swear it deserves a history Channel show, I know with the right context and filming it would be huge and bring so many to the game. Somebody get on that please. Just curious do you ever dress up to the 9s? Man I just think with the speed shooting you and others like lefty do it would look so much more bad a** .
@Dead Eye I would love to hear more about your equipment. Mainly the camera setup you are using. But also your guns and such. I cant get over how fast you can go and not miss! I have a lot of work to get to that level. On a side note, you listed someone as shooting "outlaw" I have never heard of that category up here in New England.

Absurd! Loads so minimal that you can practically see the bullets going downrange; if you shot somebody with those loads, their reaction would be, "Hey, stop it, that stings!" NO black powder? How is this even slightly related to what cowboys had available in the era allegedly being referenced.?

Alot of people use molded plugs. I stuff whatever foam plugs I find in my ears.
