This was so good. These old movies take me back to the 1960s watching them with my mom on a Saturday afternoon. I may have been a little kid but I absolutely love these things.

So did I when I was still a kid; Charlie Chan & Perry Mason were my favorites. Also liked horror movies bc they weren't chock-full of gore; that's how I became a fan of Boris Karloff...😏💙🤳🖖

Mr. Wong is the equal of Charlie Chan. I wish they had made more Mr. Wong movies because they are quite enjoyable.

My favorite Mr. Wong movie was the one starring Key Luke. I love Boris Karloff dearly, and I enjoy all his movies in this series, but it's great to see a real Chinese American playing the part for once.

I liked Keye Luke who did it once when Karloff was working elsewhere. But Hollywood in those days was prejudiced and wouldn’t keep him there.

Frankenstein's makeup has helped Karloff not get typecast as many others, it also helps that he's so well spoken. Lagosi was so good for dracula but his accent and being typecast held him back.
