for those who are facing problems:
1. To get in DFU mode firstly plug the iphone to computer and then press Power and Home button together and don't leave power button untill you hear disconnecting sound from PC when you hear then Release power button but not Home untill you hear connecting notification.

2. If you're getting error in ssh install iTunes 9 or higher even when you've installed then firstly uninstall and then reinstall iTunes.

3. If you're getting successful message in ssh and your phone is not booting like shown in video but normally then try whole process in other Laptop or PC.
