I don't think 2nd side is meant for Kafka/Black Swan; the focus on damage (in which DoTs don't count) and FUA seems to suggest that it's made for Jing Yuan.

If you have enough dps no you can use kafka
They just buff the characters that are on the banner currebtlly like jingyuan (maybe aventurine too)
