I mean, Cranston has great skill, range and power. As an actor he's definitely an industry example. It's actually amazing how Vince Gilligan was able to dig up semi-successful actors who go on to show that they have exemplary acting technique. Not only people like Cranston and Anna Gunn, but also Rhea Seehorn in the sequel. Those might not have been stars before they did their Gilligan work, but they're quality professionals.

Hal deals with 4 demons, 1 of which is an adult and a baby as well as his control freak wife (tbf she is better than parents who let their kids run wild) and manages to stay more calm than the rest of his family.

If the story is right, they got it in one take. You can even see Bryan do a legit double-take when the pizza comes out of the box and lands on the roof.
Jeez, you know it's bad when Walt is the collected one and Hal is the aggressor! I haven't watched much MITM, but knowing what a goofy, likeable character Hal is makes seeing him like this absolutely BONE-CHILLING.
