ഞാൻ ഒരു recipe പറയാം മത്തങ്ങ യുടെ flesh and കുരു പിന്നെ. വേണമെങ്കിൽ flesh nte താഴ്ന്ന് കുറച്ചുകൂടി ചെത്തി എടുക്കാം എല്ലാം കൂടി വഴറ്റണം കടലപ്പരിപ്പ് കായം ഉഴുന്ന് curryleafs oru 4 എണ്ണം മതി എന്നിട്ട് പുളി ഉപ്പു കോക്കനട്ട് ചേർത്ത് ചമ്മന്തി അരച്ച് ഉരുട്ടി എടുക്കുക എന്നിട്ട് srre ചെയ്തപോലെ കടുക് വറുക്കുക ഒന്ന് ഇളക്കി എടുക്കുക സൂപ്പർ അണ് ട്രൈ ഇതേ method use ചെയ്തു തക്കാളി ചെയ്തു നോക്കൂ സൂപ്പർ taste അണ് തക്കാളിക്ക് പുളി ഇട്ടു arakkanda ketto try ok
We have it in at our home as Mathanga kudal chammanthi, where only the seedy and fleshy centre of pumpkin is used minus the tomato and onion(rest everything is the same). We all love that especially my 12 yr old with hot dosas. Sometimes we add coconut too to this mixture. I will try this variation too. 🙌
