  • Kevin O'Sullivan and Alex Phillips discuss the UK's immigration crisis, focusing on both illegal and legal migration. Alex criticizes the high levels of illegal and legal migration, arguing that many immigrants do not integrate or contribute economically, citing Danish statistics showing British expatriates as the highest taxpayers.
Both criticize the government's handling of immigration, including the provision of generous benefits to illegal migrants.

I live in a small town in western Scotland and the number of 3rd world immigrants arriving over the last few years is mind boggling. Arab Kebab shops, Albanian "barber" shops in
abundance and British owned shops shutting down replaced by 3rd world traders. Meanwhile, I read the islamic call to prayer now blares through speakers every Friday in places
such as Cardiff, Edinburgh and Glasgow as well as the big English cities. The politicians have turned UK into an utter sh.thole. Young people should get out.

We've given our country away - it's all too late - blame the politicians and all those of our 'own lot' who think it's acceptable. (btw, when is Yvette Cooper-Balls going to house immigrant families? She promised that years ago - but I don't think it happened.

Very many British people agree with what is being said on your programme.
We have been saying it for years and have been ignored by the establishment.
We are right wing fanatics, We are told. We are just racists, we are also told.
We are also condescendingly told that we don't understand the important issues involved.
We thought the Conservatives would listen.
After fourteen years, the Conservatives betrayed us.
Uncontrolled immigration is worse than ever, after fourteen years of Conservative government.
Then, Tory fanatics blame the electorate for allowing the Labour government to take power.
We need a new political landscape that doesn't ignore the majority community.
Reform is our only chance for us to get that. We can't trust the established parties.
Reform are emerging from a standing start, that's true.
However, we need political reform to end this insanity.
I, and very many others will vote Reform in future.
No other course of action makes sense.

There was mass work done in 2017 showing the population was around 77 million.
If you look at the current volumes of water consumed, sewage being created ( theres good reason sewage escapes into rivers and seas and its clearly because the system as built to meet census numbers cannot cope with REAL POPULATION NUMBERS!!!!
I looked at data on maternity wards and birthrates for ethnic groups.
That data gave me a figure of 108 million people in the country.
I think thats realistic given 77 million in 2017...1 million a year growth....and millions arriving outside of dover ports.
Just look at the roads clogging up!!!!
    Sewage overflow.
    Housing shortage.
    Tent cities.
    I think its 104 to 108 million.

Put into historical context, Labour’s reforms were an unprecedented policy reversal. With three million foreign born workers added to the population since 1997 and net migration averaging 250,000 per year between 1997 and 2010 - five times higher than under the previous administration government of 1990-1996 - immigration under Labour quite literally changed the face of Britain.
The highest immigration numbers in the history of the British Isles by far happened under the premiership of Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak a staggering 745,000 net migration figure, even the Tony Blair Labour government never reached these figures in just a one year period.
New official estimates suggest that net migration added 672,000 to the UK population in the year ending June 2023-down 10% from a new record high of 745,000 in the year ending December 2022-following Office for National Statistics (ONS) revisions to the previous data.
ONS now believes that net migration-the number of people immigrating minus the number emigrating-was 745,000 in the calendar year 2022, rather than the 606,000 it reported in provisional figures earlier this year. This unusually high level was driven by a combination of humanitarian schemes for Ukrainians and Hong Kongers, plus increases in international students and work visas.

“The shorthand term used by migrant watchers is “country shopping”. Along with “soft wedge migration”. That is, economic migrants who country shop have freely admitted they target the UK because our policies are the easiest to game. Hence the first migrant to arrive drives a “wedge” of access into the UK social welfare service systems, provided by our taxpayers. Thus opening to wedge for wives, children, parents, siblings, and other assorteds to follow. This is in reality “a family business plan” intended solely to move their family members up the economic tree - seizing free opportunities here that are not provided equally in their home countries.”

And a good way to express your feelings on this matter, will be to join Tommy and the 10s of thousands of patriots, who will be mustering @ Victoria train Station on the 26th of Oct. at 12.00, to march to Downing st. for a rally, whereupon various patriotic speeches and entertainments will be provided. See you there.

Alex should look into the Grete Brochmann report about migration. Brochmann is a professor on Oslo University, and the migrationreport created debate in Norway.
Migrants cost well over 1 mio pounds over lifespan.
And she said that many areas like crime, money send out of country etc etc etc etc was not calculated.

People who voted against id cards should feel ashamed of themselves because we are now in the situation where we cannot check anyone who is illegally registered in the country.

thank you for your 30 years too late news, strange how before a year ago such questions or crucial questions were considered 'far right conspiracy theories' by the media class.
hope it was worth it, where do you think they will house them now then council estates are flooded? 🙄
