    Dr My age is 30 no problem but preventive investigation (Echo) told me that might be a Mitral valve problem during old age. Please make a educational video on this topic.

    Very nicely said... I follow the same intermittent fasting schedule but not so strictly, i. E. About 5-6days a week, no added sugars or sugary foods from last 6 years. Veg onky. Age 75, run marathons competitively. Feel very energetic! Dr. Jayant Navarange, Pediatrician

    For a refreshing cup of black tea - bring the water close to boil. One it does, switch off the gas and then add the tea leaves (less than you normally do), stir very gently and then strain the water between 30-50 seconds. If you leave it any longer, the tea will become bitter and you won’t be able to appreciate the flavor.

    Want to ask few points
    1 ) I take lunch at 2 in afternoon and then breakfast at 6:00 in morning the next day . Does it affect my night sleep
    2) How do we ensure recommended percent of essential macros and micros when we skip one meal in a day
    3) Is it advisable to cut out carbs completely from your diet
    4) How much is the role of daily exercise ( cardio or Strength training)in fat loss .
    It’s a bit long post , but I had these points as my genuine doubt

      Till the prediabetic stage, this will work. While on treatment for diabetes it may be risky business

    There has been an age old saying to have a heavy healthy brkfast so that ur body has the energy levels to sustain through the day…Also we send the children to school early morning heckling with them to have breakfast…what I mean to ask is this habit of eating window should be started from adolescent age or later

    Sir somebody says body hates converting carbs into body fat because it requires more atp's. But body loves converting dietary fat into body fat because less atp's required. So it's the dietary fat which makes you fat not carbs.
    Is that true?

      Refined carbs like all types of grains rice millets cause insulin resistance in the body leading to fat accumulation. Cut down carbs increase fats and protein.

    OMAD is risky.
    Intermittent fasting is good when done for few days only.
    My personal experience is that.
    But reducing carbs and spacing out meals is more practical.
