Silk Press (Updated Routine) | Olaplex no.9 | Macadamia | Curly To Straight

Hi, here is my updated silk press routine since cutting my hair, I have introduced some new Olaplex products; which i'm totally loving... My hair is a lot more curlier now so I have applied some new techniques. I hope you enjoy the video and find it helpful... 💗

are you a straight natural or do you wear your hair curly most the time? Is your goal to wear your natural pattern more often? Me personally, I just learned a schedule that works for me hair, which is protective style for (2-8 weeks) and every one or two washings I will straighten my hair. My hair enjoys being straight, it enjoys being able to get trimmed more often bc I can better see my ends...but I do wear my hair in mini twists and finger coils when it is loose and I am currently looking to find the balance between straight and natural styles that allow me to still have curly ends and have straight hair that doesnt get super frizzy. I am invested in using ColorWow at the moment but I think I am going to go back to using Botox hair treatments once I am finished.

Hi, I was a straight natural but I cut my hair in August and now i'm enjoying switching between wearing my hair curly and straight...
I agree its a lot easier to monitor and maintain the health of my ends when my hairs straight too! I love my curly hair though...
How was your experience using Colorwow, did you like it?
Botox hair treatments... sound interesting, how long do they last? which one do you use?

@@lavishsafiya. I love my curly hair! Since I found mini twists girlllll my whole life has changed. I like ColorWow...I think its a good heat protectant when you dont want a weighed down blow out! I dont wear my hair straight enough back to back to really tell you about long term results though.

@@mrod87 I've had some really beautiful results using Color Wow Dreamcoat but don't use it back to back as i'm mindful of the amount of protein I put in my hair...
You’re right hair definitely feels light weight when using it.
having the versatility to bounce from curly to straight its a blessing, i'm loving both...
You seem like you’re doing the right thing with your schedule... staying on top of trims is key!
