I looooveeee seeing ur hair curly…I’m relearning a weekly silk press and I’m trying to do so without major damage to my curls which i wear on occasion….u make me believe it’s possible lol
Thank you... Try using bond builders if your not already using them, I credit them for the curl definition that i'm managing to maintain... along with silk pressing once (twice at a stretch) a month 💗

Did you use the moisturizer shampoo before the K18 because you dyed your hair ? I asked cause on the bottle it said use after clarifying shampoo for the product to penetrate
Hi, yeah the dye was too drying for my already dry hair so added it to prevent it getting even more brittle and breaking off during the dying process. I am no longer dying my hair, it's not worth it... I do not usually use a moisturising shampoo before doing bond treatments as the oils, film formers and silicones in some moisturising shampoos can act as a barrier affecting the efficiency of the bond treatments. It's always best to follow the product instructions like you highlighted... Thanks for your question 💗

I have a question- do the curls return to normal when washing?
The product washes out of the hair after a few washes, your curls should return back to normal as long as you do not abuse heat.

Did your hair revert back to afro? Mine did not after shampooing multiple times :(
The product stays in the hair for a few washes... Try and wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo and use K18 Leave-in Molecular Repair Hair Mask. Hope it helps

@@PipaRose1 I usually use Olaplex No. 4C Bond Maintenance Clarifying Shampoo but i'm gonna change over to K18 Peptide Prep Detox Shampoo and try that out and see how it compares... both have good reviews; either should be good options... Let me know how you get on

I thought if the hair is damaged, weak and limp you would do the protein treatment and give it a rest without putting trauma on the hair by blowing it.
