11:56 that was common problem on BMW cars...you just need to figure out where the relays for the system or maybe need to swap all the control unit

Yeah the the Tesla's are quick but I'll always choose a gas burner like you said you don't get the sounds smells and gear shifts that's something you just can't replace.

Randy, I have 4.8is X5, which has essentially the same motor. The check engine light can be set off by several factors. Usually, it's a bad coil. The upper radiator hose is not factory. There are no hose clamps on the factory radiator hoses. They just clip in.

You bought your Tesla at the right time, as they just raised their prices to compensate for inflation in raw material supply costs and shipping. Also, demand for them is off of the charts because of the constantly rising cost of gas.
GM quality has really lacked in recent years
No doubt I'd take the Camaro I can save so much money compared to a Tesla for about 30k I'm getting 0-60 in 4.2s man spend another 500 - 2000k $ this can easily do 3.5 , 3.4 s roughly if I'm right . they are beasts man , Randy do it exchange the Tesla for Camaro SS boy a little few upgrades and within 35k you will have a beast that can easily keep up with your Tesla.

My Dad was a Chevy guy that’s all he ever drove except for one 1970 Super Bee and a 1975 Maverick.
Zl1 any day of the year, i need the smell and sound and feel.
Hi from uk randy👍👋 loved that style mustang for some reason bmw good car maybe needs temp sensor or a wire ground out lowering resistance and no internal fans is switch or resistor in blower housing and usuallyget water over rear of engine as scuttle panel (plastic at wiper arms) leaks and water gets coils or 3.0 diesels usualy injector 5 or six get waterlogged👍 that camero ss😍 sounds 💪 is beautiful colour too loved the ("SLOWER TRAFFIC➡ ") in revers on windscreen so in your mirror (in front) you see she itching to get by 😂 and best part on SS is full tank of gas 💪👍👌 lol thanks for your time be safe and see you soon👍👋

On a different subject one of your last video talking about the new jump box being no good I'm glad I didn't buy 1 but I still got my GB 150 4000 amp jump box it's awesome have had it a couple years and still going strong
I jumped out a plane at 55. I was scared beyond comprehension. I'll take the v8 camero for 5 Bob.
I got a 2009 Chevrolet Aveo S5 in midnight black.. not even 2 years after I got it and the timing went on it. Got it fixed and it did it again after not even 2500 km (1,553 miles). Finally the last straw was it kept overheating and could never figure it out. Till my father and uncle put a new water pump n accessories on it. Still went abit high on the temps but it didn’t overheat anymore. It kept stalling on me when I went down hill though. I know an Aveo is basically just a Suzuki swift or whatever you wanna call em Pontiac firefly whatever you guys call em in the states. Either way though minus the issues it got me up to Kelowna (Canada) and back to Vancouver (Canada)

Speed is great but the roar and the rubber spinning I think would win out for me for all the reasons you mentioned.
Personally, I would take the Plaid any day of the week. That's not to say that the visceral quality of the Camaro doesn't have its place.

the electronics are wonky on the bmw due to the dead battery, full charge would clear that up
I would go for the Electric Tesla car. Gas prices are sky high (here in the Netherlands) and electric cars are the future, in my humble opinion.
I feel bad for the Mustang. I love the Mustang but that one is going to need work. BMW, well I would refer to the Car Wizard , Hoovies Garage or 100 percent Jake when it comes to BMW , even if they sound good. They Camaro looks good from the front and the interior. Maybe something happened underneath. Great video as always. I always look forward to your videos.

I disagree a bit on the Camaro. I get most people want something very easy to drive fast but I feel like that makes the car incredibly boring. Still hands down Camaro over a Tesla. Teslas an appliance not a car.
If it was me I would go with the zl1 knowing me I would easily get bored of the Tesla even though it is a really nice car but what mods can you do to it 😂
Just don’t get no motorway and get a ride in the light you can never ride a Corvette again once that ride you can’t get out of that hump. It hurts like hell so you can’t have Corvette if if you get hurt on motorcycle badly like I did and I love Camaros. That’s what I’m gonna try to get me as a Kamt. Ssi is kind of hard, but I will get a Camaro someday, I love my Camaros. I love my dream card again. I’ve got my first Camaro Z 28 Greenwood white stripes and ever since then I love my Camaros. They’re so expensive nowadays even the 85 Kamt that I love I Roxy Tops is my limit if you wanna

In the x5 for the 4x4 light turn the wheel full lock left to right and it will reset the traction control every time
Randy those 3.8 blow head gaskets . There's a hu chance the head gasket is blow especially if she was drove hard or overheated.

I will take the 2022 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE, and keep it stock except for the exhaust. Most certainly a Magnaflow, or a Flowmaster exhaust. Probably a cold air intake, and lower it. Then put Vossen wheels on it, and that's all I would do to it.

I have a Camaro SS and a Corvette, love both. Like driving the Corvette a little bit more just because of the drone sound on the Camaro with the Borla exhaust. Just received our new Tesla 3 long range for my wife in January and have to say we love it. It’s very fast, quiet and smooth. I’d pick the Tesla plaid over the Camaro SS. Once you drive a Tesla wow it’s the future.

The temp gauge is pegged out on that Beamer I’d say she was overheated and thus the starting issue
As in it could be stuck from a previous over heating. It being over heated in the past could also cause that misfire

Runaway from the x5 as I've heard BMW mechanics refer to them as scrap metal on 4 wheels.
That BMW X5 is running poor because it reads unreal engine temperatures and leans or riches mixture! I am sure that is the issue. That is why it also starts poorly because mixture is being wrong when it (ecu) reads unreal temperatures.
