Hi I just need some help here I am going to sponsor my wife from pakistan and I am on carer allowance. I am working part time and I have my accounts ready I just wanted to ask what else the visa officer checks. My banks statement showing the amount coming in will he also check my expenses and direct debits aswel I am told if you are on carer allowance it’s not difficult the visa officer will only check that you are getting the carer allowance and you are earning around £139 Pw also I am living with my mom and dad and I don’t pay any rent but then how I can prove of my accommodation if anyone knows about this process then please kindly let me know thanks
Is it going to be an issue that when I applied for new passport I gave details that I am single even though I'm married? It doesn't show anywhere on the passport my marital status but I have certified and legalised marriage certificate, I will upload for visa application and can show officer on arrival, could I be refused entry because of this or cause any issues?
