The land and the native critters really appreciate it. I notice it makes a difference if you're standing up or squatted down as far as the pigs being agitated. When you kneel or squat for a picture, they get brave and charge you, but if you stand up, they seem to stay back. But pigs are always moving around unless they are very calm. People who have never shot pigs don't understand that they rarely stand still and give you a perfect shot. Even though these animals are a nuisance, nobody wants to see animals suffer unnecessarily. It shows that you care to put them down quick by giving the pigs a chance to get still. They are feral so they will only calm down so much. Great video as always! Take care, Brother!

I was raised up 25 minutes west of Holly Springs Mississippi and deer hunted Scales Tower area . I hear that area is overrun with Hogs now . I live in Ohio now for 23yrs . Keep knocking heads . I enjoy the content and Godspeed .
Good work! Those that aren’t aware need to know that in one year those 16 hogs will be up to 300! They are prolific breeders and at 4-5 months starts reproducing! So what you do is essential!
I am a vegan animal lover, and this guy shows us how it should be done right, with respect for the animals. God bless you brother. Pigs are invasive species and have no business being in America. I live in Canada and we have made the problem bigger and more intelligent with the ' Canadian super pig, not only bigger but with a brain that half is turned to wild survival the other half of it's brain is tuned to understanding humans. Created for food and hunting, the breeders thought our winters would kill it of, but they underestimated the combined intelligence of a domestic pig crossed with a wild pig. The pigs worked out how to build 'pigloos' they dig under the snow then line it with twigs and foliage, to insulate and stop the snow conducting heat away from their bodies. Hunters say it is so warm in the pigloos you can see steam rising on a cold day. I heard the superpig is walking into the US. Any thoughts on the Canadian super pig David ?

I know this post is late, but I think what you are doing for the environment and the farmers is a great thing. Those hogs/wild pigs destroy crrops, and cost us the consumer more money bc the farmes have to make a living. Plus, I think you are very funny😂😂😂

Glad you are able to move. I got a new Zero turn mower for mama and when they delivered it - it was on a big pallet - and the big ole flat bed truck had a fork lift on it. Old boy just parked on the main road and set the mowed, on the pallet and all reached me a clipboard and a pen. When I put the X on the dotted line, he said See Ya Brother and up the road he was gone. No one told me that there was brakes on the differential that had to be unlocked for me to move it. Anyway, I tripped and fell on my left shoulder and man I am sore. Think Jesus is trying to tell me that 77 is a little too old to be doing this? Oh well. I'm sore so I will watch you thump the hogs. Thankfully we dont have wild hogs in our area, they do create an absolute mess of everything and wreak havoc on the ecosystem. You are doing a great thing for the native animals in the area by taking these animals out od the equation. I've always wondered what a wild hog would taste like compared to a farm raised hog on the smoker.
