I think that Sakusa is "homophobic" as a self defense mechanism, we all can see he has feeling for Atsu, so I think that it's just a defense mechanism he put cause he is not used to the feeling, since we can see he pulls out the homophobic card when Atsumu confessed and when he felt jealous of the nurse, cause Atsumu it's been spending a lot of time with him, so, in conclusion, i think uts a self defense mechanism, and that he also puts that self defense mechanism because he doesn't want to admit the feeling or he has homophobic parents 👍🏼

He one day walked at the park and saw atsumu he was gonna go tell atsumu about his feelings for him. Was about to call atsumu when he saw atsumu and that nurse kiss. Sakusa was trying not to cry. Atsumu turns around and sees sakusa there. And HONESTLY IDK WHAT ELSE THIS WAS JUST AN IDEA
