You left out the horrendous traffic, the grown women twerking on loud party buses all day long, the 1 hour it normally takes to go one block on Broadway due to the throngs of people, the sex trafficking during Titans games, the crack houses that are now airBnBs and are filled with bedbugs, the rents that increase $500 each year, I could go on n on but hey!
