from kenya i lived in SA for many years, i know that kids born in SA from both foreign parents do not qualify them for citizenship they get permits i know because i used to go to home affiars to get those permits too which allows you to work, school for kids, healthcare but not citizenship, if One parent is SA then he or she qualifies
