This set is NOT worth the 180.00 price tag. Having said that, I wouldn't be surprised it to be a set with good value in the future collector's market due to its novelty and the mini-figures it comes with.
A lot of these characters are from “what if” star wars comics. The white vader is from a story if he survived after return of the jedi and started to mend his mistakes
For all the negative reviews the set out sold out in under 24 hours when it released yesterday and is currently on back order for a month and counting. Lol I got lucky and bought mine at Walmart a week before release.
Thanks for the review. I do think $180 is a bit too much, I’d rather see it at $150 or maybe $160. Regardless I’ll still end up getting it at some point. I also like what the Lego team makes custom versions of a set such as this one.
Just finished watching the 4 episodes of Rebuild the Galaxy. If you watch em all in 1 go - it amounts to a 2 hour high quality Lego Movie. And I'm talking Lego Movie Cinema quality. The writing is both a spoof and a love letter to fans of the franchise. On the surface - it looks like non-canon, but it can be interpreted as actual canon since the "Universe Shift" happens post sequel trilogy. There's a legit good story to follow there, and the show ends on a sort of cliff-hanger that introduces the next Bad Guy... omg. u gotta see it to believe it.
Curious as to what makes this not worth $180? What should it cost? The one from 2011 was $140 sure, don’t yall think production prices have risen? Do you make the same you did 14yrs ago, if you do, you’re doing something wrong.
Yeah these trolls don't get the yearly costs increase for salaries, materials, energy, transportation, marketing, licenses etc. Its 2024 not 2014, wake up.
@@Jaggedhalo66 It’s ugly and overpriced. Remember this is a box full of plastic that costs $180. And you’re justifying the ludicrous price based off of 20 little pieces of plastic out of the whole package.
Id pay $140 for it but not $180, dont get me wrong I think its cool
You are the problem
You can’t afford the extra 4 dollars lol
Liking the dark millennium falcon

The fact they didn't make it more expensive is surprising

There are some funny Easter eggs in this Lego set, like the holochess on PS5. 😁
Finally! A black Spaceship by Lego! I have been waiting for that to return since before M-tron!
They made a Blacktron ship about a year ago.
Another Mike review 🙌🙌
i like that it has a lot of empty space because i can add my own stuff
idk its a set i never wanted or asked for and $180 is nuts
Wait if Luke is not a Sith now but a chill dude was he than not a imposter and he destroyed the deathstar only for the kills 😂
I'd buy it without the minifigs,...but then The Falcon has always been my favorite Star Wars character. 😎
I bought it, and ill be buying more to keep in the box long term
Is this set going to be on sale at some point?
It is today
Maybe during the Christmas sales period. I surely hope so cus I would get it. It's already on sale but still 140 is too much for me
@@Burritodeguacamole oh lmao I confused your question with is it gonna be sold someday, English is not my first language
Hot take but Dark Rey is one of the the coolest characters in the set…..
Yes, if you like it and can afford it, it is worth it.
I wonder what cool stuff you could moc with this..
Is it worth it? No, am I still buying it? Absolutely 😂
LEGO is,clearly pricing these sets to take advantage of the diehards. None of these sets are worth buying “day 1” anymore.
I'm awaiting for the UCS Dark Falcon!
I already emailed LEGO for such a request and would love if all fans would flood LEGO with that same request!
Had to stop after bag 4. Missing a piece.
Niceeee
add yellow highlights and a batman logo !!!!!!
Darth Death? Never heard of him. 😒

it’s canon in lego starwars
I found prices for 130€
I have the midi scale Millennium Falcon with the micro fighter version on its base. Want to get the normal Millennium Falcon set 75257
Why Lego in 2013 this would have been just $100 gotta say the figures are worth it though
Hell to the no
180 or NOT IDGAF IM HERE FOR INFINITE SERIES VADER hahahaha, ive had his figure since the super old comic packs :)
Nicceee(chain)
Looks like 100$ Set max.
Hell no, its $40 worth of plastic
is any disney idea wxorth something
the answer is NO!
#disneykilledstarwars
Absolutely not worth $180
The Mini figs alone make it worth it....
@@Jaggedhalo66 People like you are the reason why Lego thinks it’s acceptable to charge this much for this garbage
@@Galahad993 why is it garbage?
