I dont quite get the idea of this series. If you were to compare chains stick to chains, but if you are comparing them with independent shops and local based businesses stick to those. Mixing them up just doesn't make sense. I feel the latter would be a great category to explore as it would help make people more aware of the variety that exists in the city and would also be promoting local businesses.For reference have a look at how 'worth it' works in this space.
