You are a super-grandma. I must be honest - Moscow is the best city on Earth. Today, Russia is the only country in the world that has single-handedly thrown an open challenge to global evil.

You are amazing lady! Glad you like your time in Moscow.
The Moscow Longevity Center is a wellness, educational, and leisure center for older people. People can engage in various activities - physical exercises, yoga, drawing, needlework, knitting, learning foreign languages, going on excursions and to museums, etc. There are such centers in every district of the city.

Re time in Moscow... yes ... I think the highkight was getting a registrtion card for the Lening Library.. 5 years !!! I can study there all the documents and book there in English written by Russian scientists... on Geology and Archaeology... etc etc etc...
Thank so much for briefing me on what the Longlivety Center does and is for...Sounds VERY good.... expecially as it treats old people as thinking active people and not cast aways... as more and more is the case in the West... In fact even the little I have picked up of life etc in Russia... is that there is resepct for people and more an attitude like in East Asia than in the West... I worked in East Asia for years and as well as Africa and THEY both treat and respect people... especially old people ha ha ha... being 83... that is great !!!!...
