I’m so scared! I was thinking about using an iron with layers of a thick towel between but that sounds much worse than a hair dryer 🤣 I may try the dryer method and will let you know how it turns out. Thanks so much for sharing that tip and for watching.

It really depends how much you saved on it and if it feels worth it to you. I received a pillow tabby straight from coach outlet wrapped and looked brand new but it had many imperfections including ink stains. I ended up returning it. I’ve also bought a bag from another brand that had two major flaws but the deal was so good I kept it and it doesn’t upset me when I see the imperfections. Regarding the dents, have you reached out to coach for suggestions? Some of their staff are very kind and helpful. I recently bought the Cassie 19 too. I love it but a little undecided as I want to use it as a daily bag. Was there a reason why you prefer the thicker chain compared to the one it comes with?
Hi, thank you for watching 😊 You’re absolutely right; I paid half price for the Tabby, so I was mostly ok with those dents, but ink stains…👎. The chain that comes with the Cassie 19 is very beautiful, yet modest. The thicker chain is just bold and stands out more to me. I still use both. 😏

You can get dents out of leather with a hairdryer ( very carefully ) and not to hot ,then massage
