The History Channel's reality program "American Restoration" had Rick Dale as its star for six seasons. The main focus of the show was on his everyday operations in his antique restoration business, where he and his family and team brought a wide range of vintage artifacts back to life. But in 2014, the show was canceled without a formal justification from its creators. After two years, it was revived with a fresh cast and restoration business. This sparked a lot of discussion about what happened to Rick, with theories ranging from significant health concerns, internal strife, family issues, and creating his own TV show.

I was looking for the show for some time, but as always with the History channel, they can't keep anything on the air for very long. When you get interested in things it is gone again. It was interesting to see the crew restore old things and learn about them as well.
True that, and the only real shows they can keep on for long periods of tine are either extremely boring or have simply run their course like pawn stars.
You may find this interesting! I knew Rick personally as I sold him the house I was living in when he first started out! In fact, the series was originally filmed from my house! That was many years ago. Rick was young with long, flowing hair! I found him to be a real standup guy, and enjoyed working with him!
American Restoration was a Good show when his brother & son were on. It’s always a production co. That sucks Ass, The Family the projects & to see the junk picks both his Son & Brother went on we’re good. Sorry to see the show is gone !!!

I'm watching an episode of pawn Stars and I saw him on there with some kind of love machine. And I thought he looks so terrible that I started to look up if he was okay. I don't know the man he seemed okay to me I'm sorry he's gone I enjoyed what he did. I don't like the stupidity of these shows with a nonsense dramatic filler 🐂💩. But I love what they do. I have a beautiful 1939 general electric refrigerator that is my everyday refrigerator as we speak. I enjoyed watching him bring things back to life. Also enjoyed gawking at his gorgeous wife. 😊

I enjoyed the show while it was on and the projects. Not sure what the real reason it ended. But a show like this isn't going to last forever or for every shop
It became the same old thing episode after episode..by the looks of views surrounding this, the show wasn't that popular as fans believed .

The most unbelievable prices and shit work, clients have paid only to be on tv, not surprised he have no more items to restore.

He got sued one too many times for shoddy work.
Well, I've never seen that second show and I never knew about any petition to get him back on tv, so maybe it's not the fans being disappointed, maybe it's just a network that would rather do other things like drag shows and brainwashing the public
He was just as a big of a scammer as those clowns at Pawn Stars and American Pickers. Always ripping people off.
