Yes, I've been playing around with acid adjusting juice. Truffles on the Rocks also has a good video on it. It's a very interesting technique that I think works best in larger batches, trying to get the acid just right for 1 or 2 cocktails has led to inconsistent results (for me at least). I'm playing with the idea of an acid solution that's a little more diluted, so it can be added by eye dropper for a bit finer control in single servings.
