2nd LCA Methodology Workshop

Life Cycle Assessment is an essential decision-making tool towards sustainability. The EU Horizon Europe ALIGNED project looked at LCA methodology and aimed for improvements in LCA applications in the bio-based sector. In the second workshop, we informed participants of our progress, test our research approach, and learn about the challenges, opinions, and ideas of LCA practitioners and other stakeholders.
Two topics were discussed:
• General overview of the LCA methodologies developed in the ALIGNED project
• More in-depth: Embedding for future technological change in background inventory data
