I like how in the scene where Stede shows Mary his tiny model of the Revenge she first says "Our life" ("Our life feels monotonous to you?") but then, later in the scene, she says "Our lives" plural ("... and I don't hate our lives"). It's like this is the point she truly acknowledges the distance between the two of them: that they're not two people living as one (as described in the ending song of episode 1), but strangers, merely putting on a pretense to the rest of the world.

Idk if you plan to talk about the costumes but in all the Setde scenes "in married state", he actually blends into the background, like in the carriage both the colours and the patern of his coat are reminicent of the carriage lining, or when he sits at the table (the "favorite pig" convo) he almost totally blend into the wall !
Alos I loove the historical notes ! The show isn't accurate at all and doesn't pretend to be, but it's fun trivias to know, especially when it give a comic effeft (like Izzy talking about running a ship aground or the remark about BB height)
