The Cora Backpack silhouette is the most popular backpack style on @popflexactive so I didn’t wanna change the design TOOOOO much but I did want to our a new twist on it.
Here’s what I kept:
✔️ 14 pockets!
✔️ Laptop pocket (holds my 13.5” MacBook Pro)
✔️ Waterproof shoe compartment
✔️ Pen holders
✔️ Various sized organizing pockets
✔️ Key ring clip

THAATTT MAGIC FABRICCCCCCC🪄
When I first found this fabric, I was like OMG we have to use it on something! First of all, it’s just so cool because in normal light your backpack is dark grey…but as soon as you shine a light on it, it turns this crazy psychedelic rainbow color! Like what!?!?
You know what that means? It means when you’re walking home at night and there are cars on the road, the headlights shining on your backpack will help the cars see you.

@@----------------------918mean the shoe compartment is useless for most schools and I feel like other mini features like the key holder and the yoga mat holder are also useless for a school bag and most children need separate compartments for their lunch boxes
@@----------------------918 it may be a bit small in terms of fitting everything for school but these kinds of bags are great if you have some kinda sports practice after school (i used a bag with a shoe compartment for marching band and loved it). my only complaint is that if you have a lot of folders, binders, books, etc you can’t really use the inside pockets like that
@@notyet....as a high schooler, i walk home and need keys to go home and shoe compartment for, well, PE class shoes. i can definitely understand why they would be useless for a lot of students though.. and a lunch bag holder would be super useful lol

a school version of this would be awesome! i love having two large pockets so one holds my books and my computer, and the other holds my dance clothes/extra stuff. the safety bonus is amazing and all those small pockets for extra stuff is perfect!

@@tami3456 a bag is a bag, this one’s safe and handy, you can fit loads of stuff in it and has things most bags don’t have so it’s definitely worth the money, + if you work part time jobs with good wages like me it’s easy to earn that money
@@tami3456 okay so 1 it’s not ugly also even if it was that’s no reason not to buy it, 2 it’s very functional it has lots of pockets for everything you could possibly need to put in your pack , and even has features so that your keys and water bottle don’t tumble and toss within it. And the reflection feature is not only for it to look nice but probably so even if your walking home on a street with no light you can still see. So please don’t dis her hard work just because you don’t deem it “fit for use” due to it not looking “good enough”. And if you don’t like it the whole world doesn’t need to know. This backpack was literally so useful during the DECA conference I just went to over the last few days. Held all my essentials and the shoe pocket was perfect for carrying my walking shoes so I didn’t have to wear heels the whole time 😅

yeah? what here costs more than any other backpack other than maybe the type of fabric being slightly more. there’s nothing. it just straps and pockets that are different and that doesn’t cost more. it’s likely marked up to consumers over 5 times the cost it takes to make.

@@haldouglas4773We can't . I take more than 20 school books, (each with nearly 200 pages) with an extra rough notebook and a lunch box. Ofcourse pencils cases and a dictionary as well...

Using sustainable materials, ethical labor, and still making a profit tends to drive up the price. High price doesn't always mean higher quality, but higher quality usually requires a higher price.

I love your products and would absolutely want to see a school grade backpack. The struggles I face with standard backpacks is ripping along the straps and handle seams, the color of the pull tab on the zippers chips off, discoloration occurs on the parts of the bag that make contact with the ground or my back, and there is NEVER enough room to fit; the 5 binders, 7 folders, 4 notebooks, 2 textbooks, pencil pouch, and whatever else my teachers tell me to carry along throughout the day (not to mention any personal items as well)! Also I have owned backpacks where the material of the straps would fray the fabric on some of my sweaters as I rubbed against it while walking. Please consider making a school grade backpack as I adore your work and wish that someone (hopefully you😊) would make the ultimate backpack for those attending school.

I read the reviews on her shop. Some of them said that it's prone to scratches and the 13 inch laptop doesn't fit well even if it says so on the description. Please fix it!

I know I say this all the time but you and whoever is helping you bring these products to life are incredible business people. It’s really nice to see new products being made which are not just money grabs that have a singular purpose and end up in landfills within the year. The shoulder straps probably allow for this. Not as quickly convenient as a designated strap for such but can still be done.
You could add a strap yourself! That's a fairly easy sewing task
