Subhan'Allah ! It's like this khatira was sent precisely to me in this precise moment when i have some extended family issues & i find myself having so much troubles letting go of the grudges. You can be a peaceful and harmless person wanting good for everybody and yet find people from your OWN FAMILY wanting your downfall for no reason. It's very hard sometimes to not react to that. May Allah strengthen us.

Sometimes it is difficult to forgive, but you can still have a clean heart.. ♡ How to remove resentment? 1. 'Ikhlaas': Training the heart to monitor this 2. 'Munaasaha' : Wanting the best, having good thoughts for the leaders (worldy and spiritual) of the 'ummah' 3. Stick with 'djamaa'ah' be involved with the community 4. Forgive in this world- *KHALAAS*; not wishing harm or ill. Connect with the RAHMA of Allah- you can remove 'al ghill' and still get full 'adjr" on 'yawm alqiyaama'. 5. Understand that the plot, 'tahreesh' is from shaytaan. Get rid of the anger. 6. Leave what does not concern you..Block the aveneues.. be careful with reading into ambigious phrases..7. 'Muhaasabatu nnafs'; make sure to sleep with a clean heart eveny night...'makhmuumu lqalb saduuqu llisaan'; 'taqwa' in the heart, no desire to harm somebody and no jealousy...
*The best person is the one who has a clean heart and pure tongue.. May Allah give us 'qalb saleem'♡.*

Does this apply to non Muslims as well? I have a terrible neighbor that make my life horrible for 3 years. Do I have any rights to sue him in court and get my rights back?

I live in the place where I have to struggle with people who violence the rules and it is always activate my cortisol everytime I contacting with them. To maintain my stress, I reduce my social activities. My question is how to feel calm under this circumstance ?

In this day and age the only way to overcome resentment is to completely dissociate yourself from everything that causes one feelings of resentments.
    Rules
    1. See no fitna
    2. Hear no fitna
    3. See no negativity
    4. Hear no negativity
