The easiest way this is by making it so that d4c cant spawn clones in the dimension, and he gets 2/3 of the health from the clones. It makes sense that valentine can spawn clones and kill them, but having the ability to regen at least 170 health just by pressing 3 keys (dimension, spawn clones, barrage) makes every engagement harder.
I don't think pierce strike + R is true... Test it But , overall , i think it will be a build: Crazy diamond hasn't any options other than bearing shot and m1s , and plucks complements that lack of options

Its pretty easy to land zoom punch in it too, and i tested that a helping hand has almost same speed as MIH double accel (around 15% slower and no teleport), and with arrow barrage having a giant range projectiles are not as much needed. Also you have YOS which litteraly can just give you free hits on ranged stands (except TA4), since it has unlimited range. And furthermore, dashing into them while they are stunned by their own projectiles decreases distance furthermore, commonly allowing for free arrow barrage (works around 60-70% of the time) at middle distances and less (around star fingers range), and considering you still have YOS you can combo even with barrage cancel using opponents *Fear of getting 2 barrages on themselves.* Also, you can never truly forget one shot CW.

Hamon GER is like the only stand I can think of that can defeat this. You can just kick them out of dimenson if they try pulling out their clones to heal with RTZ, plus hamon does more damage to them
