- Breeding Shrimp - I finally decided to breed Boa shrimp. I started my boa shrimp journey about a year and a half ago. It all began with the exceptional quality and beauty of the shrimps I received from The Brothers Shrimps. I kept all the shrimps in the same tank, displaying all species together for viewers to see. Since I had no intention of breeding or selling, this setup wasn't an issue for me. However, now I want to take my boa shrimp keeping to the next level. Yes, I've decided to venture into boa shrimp selective breeding. For this, I've set up a much larger tank equipped with over-the-top equipment. I've chosen shrimps that best display the species' attributes for this tank. We'll monitor the boa shrimp breeding process, the details about the aquarium, the water parameters, and the development of the shrimp offspring in the upcoming videos. Filtration water changes snails and LIMPETS. They’ve been over populating my tank. the tanks I don’t have limpets seem to do fine with algae wall

How are boa shrimp created
What filter do you use? Do you use any boa-safe ferts for plants?
In my caridina strict parameter tanks - I’ve noticed having trouble with beautiful aquascapes. I only run buce and montecarlo successfully, with the nutrient deficient - strict water for the shrimp
how often do you change water in your shrimp tanks?
Maximum 10% every 10 to 15 days
What do they eat? Now do you know if it is a female or male? How do they mate? How many off springs ir babies can be made? Salt water or fresh water?

I just found your channel and im a fellow shrimp enthusiast. Does your tank use CO2? Do you have water parameter listed anywhere and do you adjust any to improve breeding?
No CO2 for shrimp tanks!. as I mentioned, all other details will be on my next shrimp breeding video
Ok thank you for the answer. I used to use CO2 for a discus tank to help lower the pH but with the shrimp tanks the ADA amano soil seems to be enough.

I have one more question that I have neve been able to find an answer for. Water naturally evaporates from your tanks especially in the winter time when it is dryer. This tends to make the GH go up. Do you fix this by doing a water change with GH that is significantly lower than what you actually want? This seems harsh on the shrimp but lowers the GH back down to the proper range the fastest. Is there a better way?
If I add ro water I check gh level! But evaporation is not so high in my tank!
Hello sir my shrimps having there eggs on there belly but they didn’t hatch the babies when they’ll hatch them when I’ll see new babies today is 25 days
