Most of them cars aren’t insured if they are paid off. They only insure the cars they drive and if they want to drive another car they insure that on and take another one off. You get what im saying?

Just so many beautiful cars, and a hell of a collection. Hopefully they all get driven at least once every 3 months. Shows that Auctioneering is pretty profitable. But too many cars just going to waste hidden away and in Private collections for a few to see.

cwardo 98 Not expensive at all. Insurance is based on the amount of miles you drive in addition to the current value of the car. Only speciality insurance companies will actually insure these vehicles. Since they know these cars aren't on the road as often as normal cars; their risk/reward ratio makes it financially smart to go ahead and insure crazy-expensive cars.

For example, if you have a $500,000 car that doesn't get driven often, toy can expect to pay $1000 a month. it seems like a lot but given the value of these cars it's worth every penny. There's a lot of companies that you can check out online for insurance on expensive vehicles.

I like the Rotonda very much. When I get rich, I'll copy that one. I just don't know if the ramp (if you can call it) in the middle is operational coz I think it would be great if you have that one and this Rotonda is at 2nd floor of your house then everytime you'll use one car you can just pull it downwards from that center ramp and ride it onto your 1st floor garage all the way to the street. A white Hyundai Eon, a white Honda V-tec, and a White Shelby Cobra plus a White Ford Explorer and a White Toyota Grandia would be nice won't you think? Just a simple dream. Thanks for the inspiration Business Insider and to Mr Jackson.👌😊

It's funny how Mr. Jackson says all those cars are meant to be driven, yet, almost none of them have plates, which means, they don't really get driven.Check Jay Leno's garage, almost all his cars have plates, which means, they are actually being driven.

And I believe you're confused as to what a dealer is. His company is Barret-Jackson, no? Maybe the cars are all titled to the business, then he could run dealer plates legally. Even if they're titled in his name he could still be a "dealer" not sure of the requirements in his state but over here you're a dealer if you sell 6 cars/year. (Dealer license, plates, ins., etc.) You think he doesn't sell more than that every year?
@Aldo Altamirano Arizona doesn't require front plates if that's what you're looking at. Basically every car whose rear end we can see has a plate on it except the old Road Runner. Also @billyboy is correct, all the plates on his cars are dealer plates (see 1:12).
@@sacachu he runs barrett jackson which sells hundreds of vehicles a year. He is a licensed dealer and runs dealer plates which you can see on a lot of his cars in the video
