@@pennytan4433what I think would be less disappointing is that in the last scene they both would be in same frame. Both the actor's reaction. Not interested about kisses. It would have almost called a perfect ending if both were there, even if standing far away and him caller her name.
This ending was disappointing, I've seen this ending several times in dramas with this otherworldly theme, they could have had the nerve to show him too, even if he just stood there and stood there smiling, it would have been better than that.

It's happy ending. Because he call her name is miaomiao and he is happy with her together
