to book that shikar zone. we have to pay a total amount of 825 rupees or 825 rupees extra?
No you have to pay total 825 rupees for the whole Gypsy

It is near Apex Circle in Malviya Nagar, and Evening time is 04:30 PM - 07:00 PM (Safari Timing Varies as Season Changes)
Is jhalana and shikar both are different areas and need to pay separately for safari?
Shikar haudi zone is part of Jhalana only but while booking this zone you have to explicitly choose, it doesn’t come under All Zone(zone1, Zone 2)
