This was the best jeweler video they posted so far. Wafi was the best prepared and even got all those celebrities to let him borrow the pieces back so he could have them for the video. He was so articulate explaining how he got started and describing the jewelry and why this art form is important to a lot of hip-hop artists. And, he looked the part too, got all dressed up. A+++ I'd like to see him do it again.

He wouldn't buy it back in 2 weeks for $200K. The mark up is insane. I Prefer solid gold over diamonds it holds it value vs those shiny rocks. Those small diamonds are only worth what people will pay 4 them
I hate this logic with jewelry, nothing is actually worth what you buy it for. The food you buy at McDonald’s, to the car your driving. If everything was worth exactly what it is then there would be no profit or point in them making it.

Also the thing about watches appreciating is true. theyve been going crazy, but not any bust downs, they’re immediately worth 30-40% of the normal watch even if it appreciates they have holes drilled in them, faces switched out etc. All kills value
