Wow Andy that was great!, I enjoyed our lessons and I miss playing I have to get back to it, I have a request for you . Can you explain the blue grass terms "fiddle tune" improvise and others that I may not heard of. Thank you so much !
Heh, fun exercise. Never thought to put a timer to my mindless noodling, just tried it and it really breeds creativity. Just the kind of pressure I need to progress and evolve. Thanks for this!
Marvelous interpretation. This one feels like it might be within my reach. Might is the operative word. I’ll go after it. David Grier’s version of Angeline is magical. Check it out.
I've been working on a lot of these ideas for awhile. I would say 25 % improvised here. Some of improvising is deciding when to do the thing you've been working on, some of it is working from a mistake back into something more comfortable. Often, the smallest part is completely creating new ideas in the moment.
The ease and flow is so good it looks as though that is God's gift to you. If you had to learn it, you have mastered it! Thanks.
Outstanding!!!
Real nice! And great exercise to work on. I don’t even play guitar but picking up tips. Thanks!
Beautiful arrangement, Andy.
Thanks, Jeffrey

my friend calls that being gig fit!
If you're a vegan you can play on without pain, without the uric acid in your muscles.
