Zero raise to Any Number (except zero) is zero. Thus
0^x = 0 and 0^y=0
So the eqns reduce to:
4x-3y=-12
2x-5y=10
Solve the 2 eqns simultaneously and you will get:
X =-45/7 and
Y = -32/7
