@@Nier2J I read the Cannon page on the Touhou Wiki and it says that EoSD takes place the same year after MS, with MS taking place in 2003 whilst EoSD has a more specific date of 2003/08/12. Reimu has a hidden dialogue that makes her say "It's been a while since my last job" in EoSD. Perfect Cherry Blossom happened on 2004/05/18-19 which means that Alice would only have had about a year and a half max to grow up. A good explanation of this that I've read was from an Alice in Wonderland remaster vid, where someone said that Alice was building a new body (the one in PCB) and transferred her soul over to it in between MS and PCB. If EoSD and MS were switched, either Alice would've transferred her soul over to her PCB counterpart right after MS or would have already been "grown up" in MS. Depends on how you slice and rearrange the events inbetween MS and EoSD. Ehh, even Reimu and Marisa had grown up in between MS and EoSD, my analysis might've been pointless as the continuity seems extremely messed up...

In my personal interpretation, I like to imagine that Alice was portrayed as a child during the PC-98 era and then as a teenager/young adult in PCB. However, when it comes to evidence, the stage theme "Romantic Children" is the only clue that suggests Alice might be a child?
