How much Nm do I need to tighten the variator assembly and the clutch assembly? unfotunately I'll have to use a lever with pins to hold the variator and unscrew the nut manually. do you by any chance know the spec of a new belt so I know whether i have to change the belt aswell? I am planning to put in 17g rollers which I already bought.
mista FreakMoPed Ok that Sounds really good. I was a bit unsure because the description of the Dr pulley Hit clutch says that installing softer pillow springs will increase belt wear a lot but since I don't ride all that much even changing the belt once every 6000 - 8000 km would still be Ok.
23x18mm rolls, 16 gramm instead of 18,9gr original honda rolls with pulley glider. . see the acceleration videos. Added k&n tried forcemaster ended up with dynojet pcfc

massive plus at lower revs, topspeed the same. anyways limited due to my seize and weight. dont think i saw 18 as recommendation back then (6y)

belt new 26,5 / limit is 25,5mm / butbits good for 15-20.000km they say

Edge od the vario lid u mean? Cause its sharp. All sharp edges that come. In contact with moving parts should be rounded.

gib ihm mal vollgas zum vario entstauben. lufi reinigen auch gut. ggf k&n damit werden die laswechsel smoother

With akrapovic slip on exhaust I need 23 gr too?
slip on exhaust, does not change anything than the noise. So stick to the pulleys i noted.
i bought a s/hand sh300 ,the centre 2 pins
in mine there only 1 the right side pin in place can this give problems
