My mouth 😮 when I saw the little drawers. I must have. Not that you asked, but for your little snips I put a Command hook, the light wire kind on the right side of my machine. I love that I can take it off or change the placement. Love your space.

I gotta get a spool rack, my thread situation is getting out of control. I have much less space than you, but my favorite organization investment has been getting a tackle box for all the little things (buckles, hooks, clips, purse hardware, rhinestones, etc)

I like the mini drawers under your desk, I will be getting some very soon. I want to tell you my husband made me a wall hanging large table for my sewing quilting, the table hangs on the wall and when I want to use it, I have a romote that is attached to a cable that is attached to a small motorized winch is next room which is in our garage. The table lands on my custom daybed which can support the large table, the table is a dream for working on quilts or cutting fabrics. . The room is only 10 by 12 feet which has embroidery machine, a babylock ovation serger and a quilting sewing machine and all the threads and tools needed to do my sewing and quilting, plus storage. I like that the table can be stored away when I am not sewing and I can use the daybed for relaxing. The table is the size of a full size bed which a good size for any sewing project.

that was loads more handy and had loads more tips than room tours and makeovers and i never even heard of different organising styles. I'm going to watch your other videos on it. I have a problem because any very organised way of organising triggers my ocd (medical grade: it's not 'attention to detail' it's the relocking the door twenty times sort when i get it, which is rare as i learnt as a child never to triggger it, which means i live in a mess) so that could be a lifechanger.

Home Depot sells Cable Cuffs for cords. Online they only sell the orange/black ones. If your HD is well stocked, in-store you can find mini clips in different colors. The orange ones are sturdier than the minis though. Your sewing room is beautiful. Well done to you both.

Im needing an idea for my bedroom because I'm also sewing and pattern drafting in there and I need it to be more practical and colourful as the walls are light grey and the floors are a darker shade of grey so its very bland and not to my taste. during the pandemic on my uni course, I found the space in my bedroom/studio became impractical and un-inspirational especially if I'm considering starting my own youtube channel someday. Im not a pink guy myself and don't know what colours work best I have a green and purple combo in mind as well as a blue and dark blue but I'm also wanting it to be still bright so it can be suitable for studio-like photographs of my garments. I love the neon sign touch in your studio space and would love some recommendations on other wall hanging Ideas that is not only "manly" but costume making related without it looking all over the place.

I like the autopoles, but as your head's going to be under them I'd work out and run up a backup safety device, such as metal cable or light but strong enough chain and drill it strongly enough into the wall. I don't think it's likely to happen, but i'm a super over safety preparedness person. You'd buy enough time if something did for the two seconds it would take to jump back -actually a fit young person like yourself will jump back in about 1/50 of a second. That's me though. Do they call it a 'fail-safe'? But that gear's quite heavy. But i love it all, it's so well-thought-out.

I would have kept the ironing board; because, I sometimes like to press or iron somrwhere else. If have a lot of pressing or ironing to do, I may set up by a wondow or outside on the deck (where i have a view. and fresh air). Plus, an ironing board can be used as a narrow table when needed (to play games on, or set up beside my sewing table for more space is needed). I own five different types of ironing boards. I am thinking of replacing one of my stand alone iron boards with a wider one.

    • @jojosewist8921

Aretha Delashmit: which ironing boards don't wobble when you iron, please.
