OMG!!! I am a returner to Atlanta. Meaning I'm FROM here and recently moved back. I am NOT a fan of craftsman architecture but THIS is jawdropping!! Two things I wish were a part of this exquisite renovation. A fenced in backyard and a garage. That owner's suite WET ROOM in the bathroom is EVERYTHING!!!!
Nice large porch. Reminds me of sitting on my granny’s porch in the late 60s, taking turns turning the home made ice cream machine. Real wood front door and nice, light laminate floors. I like how the stairs are away from the entry area. Beautiful, large dining room. The crown molding is nice. Very nice kitchen with huge island that can seat many. Nice gathering area. The main floor bedroom is a nice size. The upstairs master bedroom suite is spacious. Resort looking bathroom with separate water closet is everything. Laundry room is roomy. The cabinets in each restroom is nice quality. The basement is a large 2 bedroom home. New owners can add a kitchenette and washer/dryer hookups. Nice private entrance. Nice yard. Also add a gate for privacy. Thank you for sharing an amazing updaters home.
the home is BEAUTIFUL.. craftsman is my favorite.. and whoever staged it is a star.. BUT.. the surrounding homes.. busy street... and the neighborhood(check the crime stats)... dont say 1million dollar area... no garage.. a parking parking pad🧐seriously...more like 600k... and thats a stretch....

There is a TON of renovation happing in this very area, with a large scale of price points, As gentrification continues to set in I know we'll expect to see more coming to the luxury price point.. Especially with type of renovation. Having a garage is always a plus.... but many in city homebuyers have become custom to at least a parking pad.
@@RenovatedHomesinATL .. I hear you.. I understand 'gentrification'... not a good thing.. but it is what it is.. im on my 2nd home so ive learned a little.. not nearly what you know.. BUT... that home is simply over built for the area... and city or not.. at a (1) million dollar asking... the builder needs to go back out there and build me a garage... and a FULL privacy fence.. with security doors then the main door... (larson doors)... quartz not granite in the kitchen... and there's too many surrounding homes at the 250k.. mark(and thats only because of that (1) home and the area.. being close to diwntown... and them ppl aint goin nowhere😂... we live in a golf course in the backyard community.. and its the same.. some house built up.. some aint.. and shacks are appraised @400k... I need another 'episode'😂... and fayeteville here I come... lookin @700k
