Elastic IP means a reserved IP. Even if you turn off your instance then it will not change. However, if you don't use elastic IP and shut down your instance, then that IP will be released and you will be given a new IP.
Here I have shown how to setup whm/cpanel in AWS. After you have done setup you can do anything you want. Like hosting company website or any web application etc. You are free to run any php application over there.

I installed it without the domain and now I am trying to point 4 domains from resellerclub to EC2 WHM.... but NameServer that whm, aws and centos gave me it cannot work... it says that nameserver does not exist.... What should I do? Please.. Help me... Thanks. Btw nice video...

Thank your for your comment. It can be related to cPanel related issue. You can contact with cPanel forum for discussion and if you have cPanel support package then they might help you on that.

Well I followed all the steps but on login to whm using root it asks me for the 15 day trial license and tells me to login to my cpanel account I created a account and gave access to it. But while checking or activating the trial license it just shows me this " Error: The system could not activate the trial license." can you please help me on this? Regards
If you want to use whm/cpanel professionally then please purchase a license from WHM. This video is only an example of how you can use whm/cpanel in AWS.

You can try openVpn. But it requires an initial investment. For a start you can try reseller option. There are lot of companies who offer reseller account. Try with any of them. When business grows then you can try to have your own VPN server.

2. You can check the documentation of WHM for that.

Please create two subdomain like ns1.sitesnshops.com and ns2.sitesnshops.com . Set the IP of the server as A record. Then use those as nameserver.
