You know i just thought of a great idea for an undertale x demon slyer story: Alright, so lets say that these two stories took place in the same universe, and a lot of past problems from both places would be combined, like maybe gaster was human in this universe and accidentally turned muzan into a demon. When he realised his mistakes, he created the monsters, a race made to combat demons, and used the core to make their souls, and made their bodies using different animals mixed with human genes. But during one of his experiments, he accidentally turned he himself into a monster, specifically, a skeleton, and figured that could be a new species, after making two skeletons, the third one failed, causing his lab to explode and send humanity back to the start, while also sending him to the void, so he couldn’t fix his mistake. And then with gaster gone, muzan could operate in the open with no one stopping him from turning humans against monsters and sending them all underground. Finally, muzan could rest without worry, not having to deal with the monsters who could hold their own against his newly formed 12 kizuki. Until frisk came, after becoming a docile demon herself with her blood demon art being the reset button and immortality, she fell into mount ebott and after accomplishing a glitched run (basically what happened in glitchtale minus season 2), they finally got to the surface, where they could finally fight off the demons who hurt the humans they cared dearly for and drove them out of their home. What would happen next is something for a talented gacha tuber / crossover fanfic writer to decide.

I think since Ann's is in a different world he wouldn't be able to do magic and also karma retribution wouldn't do anything so he wouldn't be able to use his magic on the inosuke and also they're just doing their jobs so yeah the only person that should be able to kill with Carmen retribution is muzan he did lots of bad things so that makes sense that only him can be affected by karma retribution Enmu should be affected too
