When I heard your explanation about how hard core KPOP is the first group that came to mind was TVXQ composed of Yunho and Changmin, they always give 100% and more to every performance, concert, and world tour every single time without fail. Yunho and Changmin sing live while doing complicated choreography throughout their 3+ hours of concert performance and running to all ends of the stage to interact with the fans. I do not deny that all KPOP groups, boy and girl, are truly hard core but TVXQ to me are the real definition of discipline, professionalism, and passion for what they have dedicated their life to for the past 14+ years of trainee/debut.

I love EXO lives and I enjoy seeing people watching them for the first time, FT Island, Shinee and EXO, TVXQ and Super Junior are just my favorite groups when in concerts they just do a big production and I have been to two concerts the others are on my bucket list... I have seen Big Bang too and GD in concert best times...

It’s true the threadmill thing, but i don’t know if EXO do it. I know that Joy was trained that way, and if they have the same vocal teachers as Red Velvet then it may have been suggested for some members. Joy usually finds it difficult to smile while dancing and singing, that’s how she mentioned that she trained this way so that she can do all of it.

The thing is, with some movements it's not possible to sing this clear (just talking about ligtsaber and overdose because you could clearly hear the breathing and stuff in transformer). I'm not saying they are definitely lip synching but to say that what they are signing is 100% live could also be not quite correct.
Dr Baerchen I mean there’s definitely a backing track at times. You can even hear the difference from the live Seoul performance compared to the Japan performance. The one in Seoul seems more raw and even with that they still sound amazing considering everything they’re doing. ❤️
I really love exo too but i would say if they put those mics its impossible to make that sound I mean though i really appreciate their vocalic ability its impossible to make that clear sound with that mics I assume they partly live Overall i love exo so much
