Mr. Ryan "Mad King" Haywood is... an interesting assassin, to say the least. His determination and sheer luck has paved the way to his current standing as number 4 in the Class D ranking of assassins. His methods, while unorthodox, tend to yield acceptable results. However, he is juvenile, resulting in compromising himself. In his last mission, his simulations showed him almost blowing over because "I wanted to use a coconut". He also enters his missions unprepared, relying more on improvisation than actual skill, technique or any level of preparation. Requests to terminate him has been denied, as one of the High Poisoned Blades sees him as "amusing".

Man, some people are really concerned about the fact that Jeremy has blue hair. They act like, he's their 15 year old son who just came home from a party with died hair and glow sticks around his wrists. It's honestly not that appalling, and also, why would you care? It doesn't make him any less funny.
They have to find something to bitch about. Since he didn't blow up a house or anything "bad" in this video and just talked and made jokes like everyone else, there isn't much to hate him for, so they decided to bitch about his apparence because god forbid someone looks different.
