I got this little stove for $19.99 on Amazon. Sure beats the price of some of the more popular stoves and it works great too! I started the camera and then set up the stove after about 15 minutes of setup and burning I had boiling water. Perfect! I'll bet with dry wood it will go even faster.... but I'm never in that much of a hurry when i'm out in the woods. Thanks for watching.

Hi. nice review. I used wood gasifier stove for quite a long while. Wood gasifier stove also known as TLUD stove, ( means top lit up draft ) you fill it with thicker wood at its bottom , and smaller twigs on top. the wood level can't be higher than the inner gas hole. lit it from top. You will get longer, cleaner smokeless, and more efficient burn. hope this help.

Thanks for the critique of the way this stove was loaded and ignited. All gassifier stoves should be evaluated using the method you have outlined. That way, any significant differences in stove design or function, could be clearly shown.
Sadly, almost none of the gassifier stove evaluations use the TLUD loading and burn technique.

You should stuff the stove with twigs and bark strips in the upright position, then light the stove from the top.
