No, Harry and Draco are not gay, bi, pan, etc. If they were, then Jk. Rowling would have already stated that they were and/or are. Yes I will admit that Drago was holding Harry tightly while flying out of a burning room, but imagine if you were in that situation. Of course you would grab on tightly because you're afraid for your life and you don't want to fall off. Sometimes I agree with your statements, but I'm gonna have to disagree with you on this one. Unless it has been stated in the book(s), movie(s), and/or by the author then it's probably non-cannon.

Ginny gave a love potion to Harry (exactly what happened with Tom Jedusor's parents). You cant' change my mind, considering how HEAVILY love potions are discussed in the book where Harry began crushing on her.

Ron was drugged by love potions and look at how he behaved. Rowling is shit at writing romance, that's all. Weasley family is said to be loving and supporting, not psychopaths.

The wizarding world is scandalized by their relationship and they don’t give a flying s***, serving looks at every party, clearly enjoying how uncomfortable people are in their presence and joking about having tried to kill each other, but as Draco clarifies they ... «don’t do that anymore! We ... have found ways to let off steam» *guestfleestheconversation* As you can see this idea is reality in my head. Healthy? Hmm. Made it this far. Sadly the bullies at my schools weren’t intelligent or handsome.
Their families are ... a lot or dead, both being pressured into a war with no choice or question of loyalty, both love quidditch, Draco can soothe the Trauma Snape caused.
@@nithinnk1980 but when you think about it, we don't know what kind of love potion Ron was under. Its possible there are weaker love potions that don't make people react that way. And considering the love potion discussed in that book was amortentia, and that's the most powerful love potion, Ginny might have used a weaker love potion. Its just a theory but I want to believe it.

Agreed. I'm not even totally against the pairing of Harry and Ginny. If Ginny's character was developed better by Rowling, and her and Harry had more chemistry earlier in the books, then this pairing would be more plausible. I just don't like the way Harry suddenly decides he has a crush on her in the 6th book. At the end of the 5th book Ginny reveals she's dating Dean, yet Harry isn't even remotely jealous then. He still apparently misses Cho Chang at that moment.
Spike 32 that is exactly how I feel about that because through the whole series in the movies the books were developed better but in the movies he just all of the sudden was in love with her and it made no sense because they were trying to get a relationship like James and lily potter with Ginny and Harry

when i read the book(the draco crying over the bathroom sink scene) i have such a vivid and upsetting image in my head, i stopped reading the book and was very upset for i character i thought i hated. from that point draco was my fav character. then i rewatched the scene in the movie. they absolultely did not do it justice.

I've always found Harry and Ginny's relationship to be very *meh*. People keep telling me that's because I didn't read the books- what if I told you that I in fact did? I remember at the beginning of the Half Blood Prince is when Harry first suddenly decided out of the blue that he had a crush on Ginny Weasley. And he only really noticed her because she was good at Quidditch like him. Also something about her having "nice skin and hair". I'm not gonna write a long essay but, think about Ron and Hermione's relationship- at least they actually had *chemistry*. At least they had enough interaction between each other to justify being paired together. Because even in the books, Harry for sure had more chemistry with Draco Malfoy- even if they didn't get along.
I'm not that much of a fan of Ginny X Harry but still i love them both, BUT ginny's character in the book was awesome,in the movie we didn't even see her that often and we didn't even get hinny moments often.. it just seemed un real,they didn't have that much chemistry together in the movies

Despite currently having a very, very complicated relationship with this franchise, Harry and Draco were one of the reasons I was always pretty okay with being bi. As a chaotic bisexual kid, I read book 2 and thought it was very clever to see the parallel between Ginny's crush on Harry and Harry's crush on Draco. I honestly read all the books certain that Harry was canonically bi, even if I didn't ship him with anyone. It was a couple years ago, in my 20's, talking fandom stuff with a friend, that I realized this wasn't, in fact, a canon thing...

Draco for most of the books was a childish insecure bully. Not a bad person, just needed to grow up. He eventually encountered bigger problems, like his parents wanting him to be a death eater, and this forces him to grow up. He used to “hate” Harry because Harry was a big deal and cause Harry blew him off.
I could also totally see Draco having a crush on Harry and trying to impress him when they first met, then feeling humiliated when Harry sticks with Ron.
