In the Caribbean we have rice porridge for breakfast. And it's basically what Kevin was describing. Soft cooked white rice, add some milk, sugar and cinnamon. Think like oatmeal but with rice instead of oats🇬🇾

At the worst point of my life energy wise I would drink like 3 Reign energy drinks just to be able to stay awake throughout the day if you know dosages that's 900 mg of caffeine. Wasn't until a medical scare back in March did I cut off caffeine entirely. The difference is ridiculous, I am not going back. I do miss the flavors though lol
