This video is the keystone to my spiritual journey as a human. Everything starts and ends with our thoughts. Monitor your thoughts and find the thought patterns that don't serve you anymore and that are not based in spiritual truth.
We are loved unconditionally by Source. Never judged, criticized or punished. We can practice extending this same treatment to ourselves and watch it flow outwardly to others.
